Warranty service is valid from the day the customer receives their goods. It is carried out in compliance with the existing legislation. Typically, our customers receive a 36-month guarantee; this includes the installation and all technology provided by the suppliers, or a 24-month guarantee.
A 24/7, all-year-round hotline is available to all our customers.
This includes a revision, functional test, system survey, operability check and a test run.
The purpose of a periodic activity is to detect potential defects of the given system and their subsequent removal.
